It's been over a year since i did my very first 28 day plan. Middle of last february i got confronted and forced into getting help. for the past six months I've been struggling to stay 'better' and now...well I'm here aren't I? Tomorrow is my first official day though I have been 'relapsed' for over a week. Wish me luck!

Food: 2/2 .. again, technically, I wasted my meal of 500 calories of pasta that I didn't even want making my total calories around 800. However, if I'm sticking by my own rules it still counts as a 2.

I hate feeling so fat... I've had like 1000 cals each day for the past few days cause of my test, but now I've got my period and I've put on weight cause of that.. I can't wait until my period's over, I'll lose like 5lbs (LOL). It's snowing really heavily today, I got the day off work so went out to the fields with my dog and did some sledging :)

wasn't 127 today. hoping, but not expecting, to be it tomorrow. ate pretty well and stationary biked for 30 minutes. not too much to say, i'm pretty tired and just want to sleep. i did see sherlock holmes with an old friend from high school and wow it was awesome. definitely recommend it. good luck to all, xx

I did 10 today!!

I can't believe it!! I ate under 800 cal. and didn't binge n' purge. I didn't feel hungry today. I felt great. I said no to the fudge and candy I usually sneek... Things went so smoothly today.

I worked out on my new wii fit that I bought this morning. I love it. You set your stats and it tells you your BMI and then you set where you want to be and in how long. Hopefully I can be 110 in a month and then just remember to keep myself under 110 permanently after I get there.

I have lost 1.5 pounds since starting the 28 day plan.

121.5lbs.

Food: 2/2... technically... I'm tempted to take a mark away because half of what I ate was sheer crap and had no nutritional value. Think I only had about half of what I'm 'allowed' though.

Sore throat, horrible headache, and i'm so exhausted it's unbelievable.
Thankfully, i'll be able to sleep soon, and hopefully, the ground will freeze and i won't have to go to school.
